About Michelle

Michelle is an accomplished visual artist whose work can be found in New Zealand, France, Germany, Canada, the USA and the UK. Trained as a ceramicist and art educator she has worked primarily on private commission. Today Michelle is working in a range of mediums including pencil, watercolour, linocut and photography. Her designs are thoughtfully constructed, imaginative and sophisticated. 
"When I get quiet and draw I go into my favourite headspace - blissful imaginative play. It's here that I like to bring forth designs that I hope will elevate environments, bring connection through conversation and enhance living spaces." 
With this in mind Michelle is not one to follow trends. She finds her own inspiration around her and like Alice falling down the rabbit hole she pursues it to uncover its treasures.
